Feasibility

Planning Permission
Planning Permission is typically required for any type of development work that you would like to undertake, although there are some exceptions. This process qualifies your project for development. In line with our knowledge of Planning Policy as a practice we have built a solid reputation in Cambridge of excellent standards and quality of design that meets the requirements of Planning. Building Regulations
This is the next step in the process after Planning Permission. During this phase your designs are detailed, the energy performance and aspects of sustainability are addressed to ensure that you project meets the requirements of the Building Regulations. All development projects will require a Building Regulations application.
Construction
In addition to our local consultants we have a selected few contractors who we trust and recommend that work on our clients projects. During the build we coordinate with the Contractor and carry out periodic site visits at different stages. If required during this stage, we can also provide project specific drawings for construction.
